I am a Washington, D.C. trained patent attorney who recently founded IskraIP PLLC in Ann Arbor, MI. At heart, I am a “technology-nerd.” My love of technology propelled me toward my undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, and further, toward my law degree. As a patent practitioner, I am able to apply my technological background on a daily basis to help inventors obtain legal protection for their new and cutting edge technologies. Through this blog, my intent is to provide other patent practitioners (and anyone else who may be interested) with value-added information regarding patent preparation and prosecution which I gained through my legal training and patent practice.
